Ecotherapy in the gardens.
Hiking, Wildcrafting, and Groups in the Garden!
Our counseling groups are moving to the gardens for nature-based counseling camps this summer.
During our outdoor sessions, group members will enjoy 40 acres of historic land, and hang out in the amazing greenhouse and Georgian mansion built in 1796.
In this magical space, camp members will participate in light hiking, tend to the herb garden, visit with goats, and wildcraft for self-care while developing stress-relieving strategies.
