Service Description
PHASE 2 is a 4 week, in-person, teen counseling group for ages 12-14. $295 | 4 week Course Tuition “Phases” empowers adolescents with coping tools on how to enter and exit the many phases of human development. We understand that each growth milestone is a phase in life and some life phases are harder than others, especially when we feel stressed or anxious. “Phases” gives teens strategies to journey into adulthood ready to face uncertain challenges. During group, they have opportunities to talk about the fears that hold them back and learn tools to use outside the group when those fears challenge them the most. What to expect from the group: – (4) 1 hour in-person group workshops with a certified counselor – (1) 30 minute parent consultation – Safe and confidential space with vaccinated counselors – Stress and anxiety skill-building lessons and practice PHASE 2 is a 4 week, in-person, teen counseling group for ages 12-14. $295 | 4 week Course Tuition We do not currently accept insurance* *Out of Network Superbills available upon request You may be eligible through your insurance provider to receive partial reimbursement. Please verify with your insurance company and we will provide a receipt for services.
