Service Description

On any given day, teens encounter new challenges and are expected to overcome and adapt to these challenges quickly. We know that teens are resilient, but lately, they seem inundated by challenges, making them feel overwhelmed. They may need a little extra support. Our counseling sessions will give your adolescent this extra support. This counseling service offering is available to kids 10-18 years old. A counselor will discuss the hardships your child is having and together they will work towards positive solutions. Individual sessions are available in person and virtually for 45 minutes. It is recommended that children join a group after 3 individual sessions so they can connect with other peers and use strategies in a collaborative setting.
