Groups for Teens (14-18)

Service Description

We are hosting our Groups in the Garden during this 4-week teen counseling group for ages 14-18 $295 | 4-week Course Tuition This new ecotherapy-based group takes place in the greenhouse and gardens of The Highlands Mansion and Gardens in Ambler, PA. This group empowers adolescents with coping tools to enter and exit the many phases of human development. We understand that each growth milestone is a phase in life and some life phases are harder than others, especially when we feel stressed or anxious. During group, teens have opportunities to talk about the fears or stressors that hold them back and learn tools to use outside the group when those challenges arise. We will be exploring the land of The Highlands in this group and all our projects are nature-based, so please dress appropriately in covered shoes and loose-fitting clothing. (If you have any allergies to bees or flowers, please let us know!)
